Are You a Current Retiree Health Access Enrollee?
If you’re a current Retiree Health Access enrollee and you would like to stay with Retiree Health Access, you’ll need to choose a new plan for 2009. Log in and register to view your personalized plan options and learn how they work and what they cost.
You may enroll in the Retiree Health AccessSM program if your former employer participates in the program and if you meet the eligibility requirements below:
Under Age 65 and Not Eligible for Medicare?
You may enroll if:
- You are at least 55 years of age with 5 years of service.
- You meet your former employer's age and years' of service requirements.
- You are no longer a full-time or part-time employee.
- You are otherwise eligible to participate in your former employer's retirement benefits program.
Age 65 or Over and Eligible for Medicare?
You may enroll if
- You meet your former employer's age and years' of service requirements.
- You are no longer a full-time or part-time employee.
- You are entitled to Medicare Part A.
- You are enrolled in and paying for Medicare Part B.
- You are otherwise eligible to participate in your former employer's retirement benefits program.

When You’re Ready to Enroll
- You’ll need to provide your date of birth and the answers to some security questions.
- Create a User ID and password.
- Register and select your plan.
- Confirm your choice and complete the enrollment process. You’ll see the message “completed successfully” after your choice is saved.
- Print the “completed successfully” screen if you want a paper statement. You’ll also receive a confirmation in the mail.
You may enroll by telephone at 1-866-643-8742.
The process will be much the same as enrolling online (see above). You’ll need to provide your date of birth and answers to some security questions. You’ll create a user ID and password through the automated telephone system. If you need help, you can talk to a Retiree Service Center representative Monday through Saturday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Central Time. During open enrollment, the call center is open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Central Time, seven days a week.
