New to Retiree Health Access?
If you wish to enroll in the Retiree Health Access® program, your former employer must participate in the program and you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
Under age 65 and not eligible for Medicare
You may enroll if:
- You are at least 55 years of age with 5 years of service.
- You meet your former employer's age and years' of service requirements.
- You are no longer a full-time or part-time employee.
- You are otherwise eligible to participate in your former employer's retirement benefits program.
Age 65 or over and eligible for Medicare
You may enroll if:
- You meet your former employer's age and years' of service requirements.
- You are no longer a full-time or part-time employee.
- You are entitled to Medicare Part A.
- You are enrolled in and paying for Medicare Part B.
- You are otherwise eligible to participate in your former employer's retirement benefits program.

You'll follow a few simple instructions to enroll. You'll complete the process by speaking with a Retiree Service Center representative, who is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 9 p.m., Eastern Time.

You'll follow the prompts and in a few minutes, you'll be enrolled. You'll receive a confirmation in the mail. If you need help, you can talk to a Retiree Service Center representative Monday through Saturday between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., Eastern Time. During open enrollment the call center is open Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Eastern Time, September 24, 2011 through November 4, 2011. Sundays, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Eastern Time, October 3, 2011 through November 4, 2011.
