Q. I already have a Medicare supplement plan. Why should I change?
You will usually get more benefits, and you will often pay a lower monthly plan premium with a Retiree Health Access Plan. Plus, you can continue using the same providers as with the original Medicare plan.
Q. What happens if my doctor does not recognize the plan I selected?
You can have your doctor call Aetna at 1-800-248-9236 to learn about joining the Aetna network.
Q. I am eligible for Medicare and do not use many prescription drugs, so the lower cost plan seems better for me. If my prescription drug needs change in the future, can I change plans?
Yes, You will be able to change your coverage options when you enroll next year.

Q. Do I give up my Medicare coverage once I enroll in a Retiree Health Access plan?
No. You get the same or better coverage, plus additional benefits as long as you are entitled to Medicare Part A and continue to pay your Medicare Part B premiums.
